ENERGY SERVICES INCLUDES CONNECTICUT ENERGY ASSISTANCE, WHICH PROVIDES HEAT FOR RENTERS AND HOMEOWNERS; AND WEATHERIZATION SERVICES TO HOUSEHOLDS HELPING THEM TO DECREASE ENERGY CONSUMPTION.
COMMUNITY SERVICES REPRESENTS VARIOUS SUPPORT FOR LOW INCOME INDIVIDUALS AS DETERMINED BY HUMAN SERVICE INFRASTRUCTURE GRANT, COMMUNITY SERVICE BLOCK GRANT, SOCIAL SERVICES BLOCK GRANT, SUPPLEMENTAL ASSISTANCE NUTRITION PROGRAM AND COORDINATION OF THE CONNECTICUT ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM.
