THIS REPRESENTS FUNDS EXPENDED FOR LEGAL SERVICES FOR THE PREPARATION OF A CONSERVATION RESTRICTION ON A LARGE PARCEL OF OPEN SPACE ACQUIRED BY THE TOWN OF CHELMSFORD. THE CLCT WILL HOLD THE CONSERVATION RESTRICTION FOR THE PROPERTY.
THIS AMOUNT REPRESENTS THE BALANCE OF THE PAYMENT TO REPLACE AN HISTORIC STONE WALL AT BARTLETT PARK, THE CLCT'S FLAGSHIP PROPERTY LOCATED IN HISTORIC CHELMSFORD CENTER. CONSTRUCTION OF THE WALL BEGAN IN 2021 AND WAS COMPLETED IN MAY 2022.
THIS AMOUNT REPRESENTS FUNDS SPENT IN PREPARING A NEW PIECE OF PROPERTY DONATED TO THE LAND TRUST IN 2022. THE PROPERTY WILL BE CONVERTED TO A GARDEN CONTAINING NATIVE PLANTINGS.
