THE WHISTLE STOP ALSO PROVIDES A NEUTRAL LOCATION WHERE PARENTS CAN PICK UP AND DROP OFF CHILDREN WITHOUT HAVING TO INTERACT DIRECTLY WITH EACH OTHER.
