ORGANIZATION OPERATES FREE AND LOW COST MEETING SPACE FOR USE BY COMMUNITY GROUPS AND INDIVIDUALS INCLUDING SENIOR PROGRAMMING AND A THRIFT SHOP THAT ENABLES INDIVIDUALS TO ACQUIRE USED CLOTHING AND HOUSEHOLD GOODS AT DISCOUNTED PRICES.

THE COMMUNITY DONATES A WIDE VARIETY OF ITEMS TO THE THRIFT SHOP INCLUDING CLOTHING, HOUSEHOLD GOODS, HOME DECOR, BOOKS, DVDS AND SMALL FURNITURE. WE SORT THE ITEMS AND RESELL WHAT IS USABLE AT A LOW PRICE, PROVIDING A RESOURCE FOR THOSE IN NEED. IN 2021 THERE WERE 39,230 TRANSACTIONS MADE.
WE PROVIDED MEETING SPACE FOR 150 DIFFERENT COMMUNITY GROUPS IN 2021. THE BUILDING IS USED 6 DAYS A WEEK; MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY FROM 8AM TO 10PM AND SATURDAY FROM 8AM TO 5PM. ADDITIONAL HOURS AND DAYS ARE USED BY SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS. MOST EVENINGS THE BUILDING IS FILLED TO CAPACITY.
WE PROVIDED CONTRIBUTIONS TO LOCAL 501C3 ORGANIZATIONS.
