THROUGH CLASSES, MEN, WOMEN, AND CHILDREN IMPROVE THEIR ABILITY TO SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES, SET HEALTHY BOUNDARIES, FOSTER BETTER RELATIONSHIPS, AND TEENAGERS LEARN SAFE DATING. VIOLENCE PREVENTION SKILLS ARE TAUGHT TO ALLOW FAMILIES, COUPLES, PARENTS, AND CHILDREN TO LIVE TOGETHER PEACEFULLY WHILE MEETING INDIVIDUAL NEEDS. IN THE WORKPLACE, IMPACT'S TRAINING STRIVES TO END SEXUAL HARRASSMENT THROUGH AWARENESS IN BOTH GENDERS AND TO DEVELOP STRONG BOUNDARY-SETTING SKILLS. PHYSICAL SKILLS LEARNED IN ALL CLASSES CHANGE STUDENTS TO POSITIVELY IMPACT PHYSICAL VIOLENCE, INCLUDING BOTH RAPE PREVENTION AND RECOVERY. IN 2015, A "TWEENS" CLASS WAS DEVELOPED FOR AGES 10-13, OFFERING AGE-APPROPRIATE SCENARIOS, ENCOURAGING SAFETY, DECISION-MAKING, DEALING WITH BULLYING, AND OPTIONS TO GET OUT OF SITUATIONS. IN 2021, WE WERE ABLE TO HELP OVER 500 ADDITIONAL PEOPLE THIS YEAR WITH DONATED FUNDS.
