THE WALLA WALLA GUN CLUB WAS ESTABLISHED IN 1892. THE CLUB'S MISSION IS TO MAINTAIN AN EDUCATIONAL AND RECREATIONAL FACILITY FOR MEMBERS, INCLUDING A FOCUS ON GUN SAFETY AND CLAY TARGET SPORTS.

MISSION:

HOPE STREET PROVIDES WOMEN A SAFE HOME, COMMUNITY, AND SUPPORT AS THEY DISCOVER THEIR MOST FULFILLING LIVES IN LONG-TERM RECOVERY.

MISSION:

The goal of this organization are the private foundations that make grants based on charitable endowments. Because of their endowments, they are focused primarily on grantmaking and generally do not actively raise funds or seek public financial support. These are the most common type of private foundation. They are generally endowed, usually from a single individual or family. Private foundations are considered family foundations if relatives or the original donor are still active on the board of trustees or in the operation of the foundation.

WE DO THIS THROUGH CARING AND PROACTIVE PEER-SUPPORT SERVICES: PROVIDING COMPASSION, COLLABORATION, CLASSES, TRAINING, AND CONNECTION TO THE LOCAL SERVICE PROVIDERS AND BENEFITS THAT ARE AVAILABLE TO THEM.

The goal of this organization is to make available to members and their guests and facilities for recreational activities, sports and games. Also included are social clubs that provide opportunities for people to meet and socialize with their peers at dances, parties, picnics, barbecues and other companionable events; and special interest clubs which enable people to share hobbies or other interests with individuals with those same interests.

The goal of this organization is to operate facilities for cooperative group living experiences in the out-of-doors; and which provide opportunities to learn campcraft, nature lore and conservation, and participate in a wide range of indoor and outdoor recreational, athletic and group social activities including cookouts.

THE FOUNDATIONS PURPOSE IS TO PROMOTE AND SUPPLEMENT THE BUDGET OF THE WALLA WALLA FAIR AND FRONTIER DAYS, WHICH OPERATES THE WALLA WALLA COUNTY ANNUAL FAIR EACH YEAR AND TO PROVIDE FUNDS TO IMPROVE THE FACILITIES OF THE WALLA WALLA COUNTY FAIR. THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED BY SOLICITING DONATIONS FROM THE GENERAL PUBLIC VIA MAIL CAMPAIGNS, A FUNDRAISING ACTIVITY, CALLED "FAIR SHOWCASE" TO RAISE DONATIONS AND APPLICATION FOR GRANTS FROM OTHER FOUNDATIONS AND GOVERNMENT PROGRAMS. THE FOUNDATION ALSO CONTRIBUTES FUNDS TO ORGANIZATIONS ASSOCIATED WITH THE WALLA WALLA COUNTY FAIR EACH YEAR TO FURTHER THEIR ACTIVITIES FOR THE YOUTH INVOLVED IN THE WALLA WALLA COUNTY ANNUAL FAIR.

VITAL WINES IMPROVES EQUITY IN ACCESS TO HEALTHCARE FOR VINEYARD WORKERS AND THEIR FAMILIES THROUGH EDUCATION, ADVOCACY, AND DIRECT SERVICES.

THE DOWNTOWN WALLA WALLA FOUNDATION SUPPORTS AND PROMOTES THE HISTORY, CULTURE AND COMMERCE OF DOWNTOWN WALLA WALLA.
