ADDITIONALLY, THE FOUNDATION SUBSIDIZES PROGRAM COST FOR ALL YOUTH FOCUSED ORGANIZATIONS USING THE FACILITY BY PAYING 50% OF THE FAIR RENTAL VALUE FOR THE EVENT TERM OR BY PROVIDING THE FACILITY AT NO COST TO QUALIFYING GROUPS WITH A YOUTH EDUCATION AND OUTDOOR RECREATION EMPHASIS
