THE RESEARCH INSTITUTE FOR HAWAII.USA, "RIHIUSA.ORG", A US IRC 4942(J)(3) PRIVATE OPERATING FOUNDATION HAS A SAFE, UNOBTRUSIVE RESEARCH MISSION TO CONDUCT U.S. LITERARY RESEARCH, REVIEW U.S. LITERARY DISCOVERIES AND PUBLISH AND DISSEMINATE US HISTORIC DOCUMENTS RELATED TO U.S. CONSTITUTIONAL CIVIC PROGRESS IN OUR U.S. STATE OF HAWAII.
