GUIDED BY ITS CATHOLIC, MARIANIST AND LIBERAL ARTS EDUCATIONAL TRADITIONS, CHAMINADE ENCOURAGES THE DEVELOPMENT OF MORAL CHARACTER, PERSONAL COMPETENCIES, AND A COMMITMENT TO BUILD A JUST AND PEACEFUL SOCIETY. THE UNIVERSITY OFFERS BOTH THE CIVIC AND CHURCH COMMUNITIES OF THE PACIFIC REGION ITS ACADEMIC AND INTELLECTUAL RESOURCES IN THE PURSUIT OF COMMON AIMS.

GUIDED BY ITS CATHOLIC, MARIANIST AND LIBERAL ARTS EDUCATIONAL TRADITIONS AND ACCREDITED BY THE WASC SENIOR COLLEGE AND UNIVERSITY COMMISSION, CHAMINADE PROVIDES 2200 STUDENTS WITH 26 UNDERGRADUATE DEGREE PROGRAMS, 13 CERTIFICATE PROGRAMS, SIX GRADUATE PROGRAMS, FIVE DOCTORAL PROGRAMS AND 15 DEGREE OPPORTUNITIES FOR WORKING ADULTS.


AUXILIARY ENTERPRISES AT CHAMINADE INCLUDE A 300 STUDENT RESIDENCE HALL PROGRAM; DINING SERVICES FEATURING THE SILVERSWORD CAFE AND COURTYARD POD MARKET; NCAA PACIFIC WEST CONFERENCE DIVISION II ATHLETIC PROGRAM ANNUALLY HOSTING THE MAUI JIM MAUI INVITATIONAL BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT; CAMPUS BOOKSTORE.
