AUXILIARY SERVICES INCLUDE HOUSING SERVICES FOR UNIVERSITY STAFF, STAFF OF AFFILIATED ORGANIZATIONS AND, AS NEEDED, FOR STUDENTS.
WILLIAM CAREY INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY (WCIU) OFFERS ONLINE GRADUATE LEVEL PROGRAMS IN DEVELOPMENT AND TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP STUDIES TO PROVIDE STUDENTS WITH AN INTERDISCIPLINARY EDUCATION FOCUSED ON ADDRESSING CRITICAL ISSUES IN DEVELOPING REGIONS OF THE WORLD. WCIU IS ACCREDITED BY THE DISTANCE EDUCATION ACCREDITING COMMISSION (DEAC). ENROLLMENT AS OF THE END OF THE FISCAL YEAR WAS 35 STUDENTS. THIS REPRESENTS 13 PH.D. STUDENTS AND 18 M.A. STUDENTS AND 4 VISITING STUDENTS.. THE UNIVERSITYS STUDENT BODY IS PRIMARILY REPRESENTED BY INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE CURRENTLY ENGAGED WITH NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATIONS (NGOS) AND INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT AGENCIES LOCATED MOSTLY IN DEVELOPING COUNTRIES.
