THE ORGANIZATION'S PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSE IS TO PROMOTE A MORE COHESIVE ASSOCIATION AMONG THOSE ENGAGED IN THIS INDUSTRY AND FOR GENERAL MUTUAL PROTECTION; TO PROMOTE AND DEVELOP THE DRYWALL AND PLASTERERS INDUSTRIES; TO DISCOURAGE UNFAIR COMPETITION; TO PROMOTE JUST AND EQUITABLE PRINCIPLES IN BUSINESS CONDUCT; TO ADJUDICATE BY ARBITRATION OR OTHERWISE, ALL DIFFERENCES AMONG MEMBERS OR BETWEEN MEMBERS AND OTHERS; TO ASSOCIATE AND CONFER WITH OTHER BODIES FOR MUTUAL PROTECTION, ALL TO THE INTEREST AND PURPOSE THAT MEMBERSHIP IN THE ORGANIZATION SHALL BE AN ASSURANCE TO THE PUBLIC OF SKILL, HONORABLE REPUTATION AND FIDELITY.

MONTHLY EDUCATIONAL AND SEMIANNUAL/ANNUAL INDUSTRY PROMOTION MEETINGS - SEMINARS HELD ON SUBJECTS PERTINENT TO THE DRYWALL AND PLASTERERS INDUSTRIES FOR MEMBERS AND THEIR STAFF AS WELL AS HELPING TO PROMOTE THE DRYWALL AND PLASTERERS INDUSTRIES IN THE COMMUNITY. APPROXIMATELY 20 TO 30 MEMBERS AND GUESTS ATTENDED THE EDUCATIONAL MEETINGS HELD IN MARCH, MAY, JUNE, AUGUST AND DECEMBER 2021 .
ANNUAL GOLF TOURNAMENT WHERE ARCHITECTS AND GENERAL CONTRACTORS WERE INVITED TO PLAY IN THIS TOURNAMENT ALONG WITH THE ASSOCIATION'S MEMBERS. THE PURPOSE OF THE TOURNAMENT IS TO FOSTER A BETTER WORKING RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN EVERYONE INVOLVED IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY. THE ANNUAL GOLF TOURNAMENT IN 2021 WAS CANCELLED DUE TO COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS.
