THE BRITTANY FOUNDATION ANIMAL SANCTUARY PROVIDES HOUSING, CARE, AND REHABILITATION/SOCIALIZATION FOR RESCUED DOGS FROM LOCAL ANIMAL SHELTERS, PUPPY MILLS, FORECLOSURES AND HOSPICE SITUATIONS AS WELL AS STRAY DOGS. WHILE AN ACTIVE ADOPTION PROGRAM IS IN PLACE, DOGS NOT ADOPTED HAVE LIFETIME RESIDENCY AND CARE AT THIS NO-KILL SANCTUARY.

RESCUE AND SANCTUARY-THE BRITTANY FOUNDATION ANIMAL SANCTUARY PROVIDES HOUSING, CARE, AND REHABILITATION/SOCIALIZATION FOR RESCUED DOGS FROM LOCAL ANIMAL SHELTERS, PUPPY MILLS, FORECLOSURES AND HOSPICE SITUATIONS, AS WELL AS STRAY DOGS. WHILE AN ACTIVE ADOPTION PROGRAM IS IN PLACE, DOGS NOT ADOPTED HAVE LIFETIME RESIDENCY AND CARE AT THIS NO-KILL SANCTUARY.


FORECLOSURE AND HOSPICE PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO ASSIST PEOPLE WHO HAVE LOST THEIR HOMES OR MUST GO INTO LIVING SITUATIONS WHERE THEY CAN NO LONGER HAVE THEIR DOGS. WE TAKE THEIR PETS AND DEPENDING ON THE AGE/CONDITION OF THE DOG(S), EITHER PUT THE DOGS UP FOR ADOPTION OR KEEP THEM AT OUR SANCTUARY FOR LIFETIME CARE.


AN EDUCATION PROGRAM IS IN PLACE WHICH ASSISTS STUDENTS OR YOUNG ADULTS OR COMMUNITY GROUPS TO LEARN ABOUT ANIMAL WELFARE AND VOLUNTEERING. ORIENTATIONS, TRAINING, AND INTERNSHIPS ARE AVAILABLE DEPENDING ON THE PURPOSE OF THE GROUP OR INDIVIDUAL PROGRAM.
