THERE ARE NEVER MORE THAN 3 INTERNS AT ANY TIME AND WE DO NOT ANTICIPATE EXCEEDING THAT NUMBER IN THE FORESEEABLE FUTURE.OUR TRAINEES RECEIVE THEIR ACADEMIC EDUCATION FROM COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES BEFORE RECEIVING PRACTICAL TRAINING AND ACCRUING HOURS TOWARD LICENSING REQUIREMENTS AT OUR FACILITY. THEY DO THIS BY PERFORMING SUPERVISED COUNSELING AND PSYCHOTHERAPY WITH PRIMARILY LOW- AND MIDDLE-INCOME CLIENTLE FROM THE SURROUNDING COMMUNITY.WE ARE HIGHLY SELECTIVE OF NEW INTERNS, AND BASE SELECTION ON SUCH FACTORS AS QUALITY OF TRAINING RECEIVED IN THE PAST, MENTAL HEALTH, INTELLECTUAL FACTORS AND COMPATIBILITY WITH EXISTING STAFF.
