ONE LIFE IS A NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION OF SKILLED THERAPISTS WHO AIM TO INSPIRE, EDUCATE, AND PROVIDE ACCESSIBLE COUNSELING AND WELLNESS PROGRAMS THROUGHOUT THE COMMUNITY. OUR DOORS ARE OPEN TO EVERYONE REGARDLESS OF RACE, AGE, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, NATIONAL ORIGIN, PHYSICAL OR MENTAL ABILITY, RELIGION, OR ABILITY TO PAY. WE BELIEVE THERE SHOULD BE NO BARRIERS TO MENTAL HEALTH TREATMENT.

COUNSELING SERVICES INCLUDE MULTILINGUAL AND CULTURALLY COMPETENT INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP THERAPY. THERAPY IS PROVIDED BY PROFESSIONALLY SUPERVISED TRAINEES, ASSOCIATES AND LICENSED THERAPISTS USING A NON-PROFIT AND A PRIVATE PRACTICE MODEL.
SCHOOL-BASED SERVICES FOCUS ON STRENGTHENING THE RESILIENCE OF STUDENTS BY EMPOWERING STUDENTS TO UTILIZE MINDFULNESS RESOURCES IN THE CLASSROOM, PROVIDING COPING TOOLS FOR DAILY USE, ART THERAPY AND CONNECTING YOUTH WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED TRAUMA WITH SAFETY NET SERVICES AS WELL AS INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP COUNSELING.
CRISIS RESPONSE SERVICES ALLOW STAFF TO RESPOND TO CRITICAL COMMUNITY NEEDS WITH FOOD DISTRIBUTION PARTNERING WITH SECOND HARVEST, CASH/FOOD GIFT CARD RELIEF, CLOTHING AND DIAPER DISTRIBUTION, AND TOY DISTRIBUTION.
COMMUNITY-BASED SERVICES INCLUDE COACHING AND GROUP FACILITATION FOR SUPPORT GROUPS WITH YOUTH AND PARENTS, PROVIDING MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES TO LOCAL POLICE ATHLETIC LEAGUE YOUTH PARTICIPANTS, MUSIC AND MEMORY THERAPY FOR SENIORS, LIFE SKILLS DEVELOPMENT WITH ENGLISH LANGUAGE LEARNERS AND CONTINUING EDUCATION FOR NON-PROFIT STAFF AND OTHER COMMUNITY SERVICE GROUPS.
