THE CORPORATION WAS FORMED FOR THE PURPOSE OF OPERATING A 48 UNIT COMMUNITY KNOWN AS PAUAHI KUPUNA HALE LOCATED IN HONOLULU, HAWAII, WHICH PROVIDES HOUSING FOR LOW INCOME ELDERLY PERSONS PURSUANT TO SECTION 202 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT, AS AMENDED. ON DECEMBER 20, 2019, THE ORIGINAL MORTGAGE WAS PAID IN FULL USING PROCEEDS FROM THE CB&T NOTE PAYABLE. ON MARCH 28, 2022, THE PROPERTY SOLD TO PAUAHI RHF PARTNERS, LP.PAUAHI ELDERLY, INC.
