CCCH PROVIDES ESSENTIAL SERVICES TO YOUTH, FAMILIES AND SENIORS WITHIN THE SCOTTSDALE COMMUNITY.

Part 3 - Line 4a

CCCH COLLABORATED WITH THE CITY OF SCOTTSDALE HUMAN SERVICES DIVISION TO PROVIDE 1,960 FOOD BOXES, AND 36 FAMILIES WITH RENT/MORTGAGE ASSISTANCE. ADDITIONALLY, 811 SUSD STUDENTS WERE SUPPORTED BY OUR BACK TO SCHOOL PROGRAM, 6,880 HEALTHY PACKS WERE DISTRIBUTED, AND 249 FAMILIES PARTICIPATED IN OUR ADOPT A FAMILY PROGRAM.


GRANITE REEF AND VIA LINA SENIOR CENTERS PROVIDE EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE FOR FOOD, RENT/UTILITIES ASSISTANCE, GAS VOUCHERS, PRESCRIPTIONS, AND OTHER EMERGENCY SERVICES. 204 SENIORS AND DISABLED ADULTS WERE ASSISTED WEEKLY THROUGH THE BROWN BAG PROGRAM. ADDITIONALLY, 120 WERE SERVED THROUGH THE BEAT THE HEAT PROGRAM.
