RALSTON MIDDLE SCHOOL PARENT-TEACHER ASSOCATION IS A NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION COMMITTED TO SUPPORT THE SCHOOL'S FACULTY, STAFF AND STUDENTS. RALSTON PTA PRIMARY FOCUS IS TO DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN UNITED EFFORST BETWEEN EDUCATORS AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC TO PROVIDE THE HIGHEST ADVANTGES IN EDUCATION FOR THE STUDENTS.

FIRST ACCOMPLISHMENT FUNDINGS FROM MEMBERSHIP DUES, CONTRIBUTIONS, PROGRAM FUNDS AND DEDICATED VOLUNTEERS ALLOW RALSTON PTA TO PROVIDE RESOURCES TO UPGRADE SCHOOL FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENTS;STIPENDS TO TEACHERS FOR INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS AND IMPROVE CLASSROOM CURRICULUMS, STAFF APPRECIATION AND RECOGNITION,OFFER AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAMS AND HIGHER QUALITY LEARNING PROGRAMS AND HOST SOCIAL EVENTS.


ALL OTHER


SECOND ACCOMPLISHMENT- RALSTON PTA SECONDARY MISSION IS TO PROMOTE THE WELFARE OF THE CHILDREN IN SCHOOL, HOME AND COMMUNITY. THROUGH PARTNERSHIPS WITH LOCAL NONPROFITS, RALSTON PTA PROVIDES FUNDS FOR SPECIAL NEEDS COMMUNITY IN THE PENINSULA BAY AREA THROUGH WORKSHOPS AND FOCUS GROUPS FOR THE PARENTS, OFFERS MINI-GRANTS TO THE TEACHERS AND THERAPISTS, AFTER SCHOOL CLASSES AND ADVOCATE FOR EQUAL RIGHTS AND INCLUSION.


3RD ACCOMPLISHMENT - PTA SUPPORTS 8TH GRADE STUDENTS WITH EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES SUCH AS DANCES, GRADUATION CEREMONY, GREAT AMERICA OUTING AND TRANSPORTATION
