RIDE FOR A REASON IS AN ANNUAL BIKE RIDE TO SACRAMENTO TO ADVOCATE FOR PUBLIC EDUCATION, AND RAISE ESSENTIAL FUNDS FOR SCHOOL ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS IN OAKLAND. MANY ELECTIVE CLASSES AND ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS DEPEND ENTIRELY ON OUR COMMUNITY FUNDRAISING.

SUPPORT FOR VISUAL ARTS, COMMUNITY EVENTS AT THE SCHOOL SITE, MUSIC PROGRAMS AND STUDENT EXCELLENCE AWARDS AND SUPPLIES FOR CLASSROOMS.
