ARMS ASSISTED 1,689 INDIVIDUALS BY DELIVERING A TOTAL OF 5,065 UNITS OF SERVICE IN VARIOUS CAPACITIES WITH INFORMATION, COUNSEL, REFERRAL TO REHAB CENTERS AND RECOVERY CLASSES. ARMS OFFERS A TOTAL OF 10 GROUP MEETINGS WEEKLY, WHICH INCLUDES 2 WEEKLY MEETINGS AT PALO PINTO JAIL AND 2 MONTHLY MEETINGS FOR CHURCH SERVICES AT THE JAIL. THE PALO PINTO JAIL MEETINGS ARE FOR BOTH MALE AND FEMAIL INMATES. ALL MEETINGS ARE FAITH-BASED. WE OFFER 12 STEP LIFE RECOVERY SKILLS, PARENTING, ANGER MANAGEMENT, FINANCIAL LITERACY, COLLEGE & CAREER ADVISING, AND FREE GUITAR LESSONS. AN AVERAGE OF 14 WEEKLY VOLUNETEERS GAVE AN ANNUAL TOTAL OF 5,240 HOURS OF TIME. INSTRUCTION AND CLASSES WERE OFFERED AT THE PALO PINTO COUNTY JAIL. EACH WEEK BIBLE STUDIES ARE SENT INTO PALO PINTO JAIL. ALSO CHRISTMAS PACKETS ARE GIVEN OUT. APPROXIMATELY 4,000 INMATES RECEIVED THIS INFORMATION IN 2023. WE ALSO PROVIDED APPROXIMATELY 670 BIBLES WHICH ARE USED IN THE LIFE RECOVERY CLASSES. ALSO, 144 CHRISTMAS PACKAGES WERE GIVEN TO THE INMATES IN DECEMBER OF 2023.
