SUPPORTIVE HOUSING PROGRAM - SERVES PERSONS WHO ARE HOMELESS AND HAVE A PERMANENT DISABILITY OF CHRONIC MENTAL ILLNESS, HIV POSTIVE, AND/OR CHEMICAL DEPENDENCY. UPON SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION, CLIENTS ARE STABLY HOUSED, HAVE A SOURCE OF INCOME AND SELF-SUFFICENT REGARDING THEIR DAILY ACTIVITIES.
MEN'S RESIDENTIAL/OUTPATIENT PROGRAM - SERVES ADULTS WHO ARE CHEMICALLY DEPENDENT, AND MAY HAVE A CO-OCCURRING CHRONICALLY MENTAL ILLNESS. WE PROVIDE HOUSING, FOOD AND COUNSELING SERVICES IN OUR RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT PROGRAM. WE PROVIDE COUNSELING SERVICES IN OUR OUTPATIENT PROGRAM. UPON SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION, CLIENTS ARE DRUG FREE; HAVE NO NEW INVOLVEMENT IN THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM; HAVE ESTABLISHED A SOCIAL SUPPORT SYSTEM; INCREASED EMPLOYMENT/RETURN TO SCHOOL; INCREASED HOUSING STABILITY, AND INCREASED LEVELS OF FUNCTIONING.
