GIVE2ASIA CONDUCTS PRE-GRANT DUE DILIGENCE ON PROSPECTIVE GRANTEES, MONITORS PROGRAM PERFORMANCE, EXERCISES EXPENDITURE RESPONSIBILITY, AND REPORTS TO DONORS, IN COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE U.S. LAWS AND REGULATIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL GIVING.
