1) LOCATED IN SCENIC NAPA VALLEY, DI ROSA CENTER FOR CONTEMPORARY ART ENGAGES ITS COMMUNITY IN THE CONNECTIVE POWER OF ART AND NATURE THROUGH ITS PERMANENT COLLECTION OF NORTHERN CALIFORNIA ART, CONTEMPORARY EXHIBITIONS, AND THOUGHT PROVOKING EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS THAT INSPIRE CREATIVITY AND CURIOSITY. IN 2020 DI ROSA SHOWCASED THE WORK OF ARTISTS JIM DRAIN AND DAVINA SEMO, IN ADDITION TO THE ONGOING EXHIBITION OF ITS OWN SIGNIFICANT COLLECTION OF NORTHERN CALIFORNIA ART.


2) PROGRAMS AND EVENTS: DI ROSA LAUNCHED "AT HOME" ONLINE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMING INCLUDING ARTMAKING CLASSES AND ARTISTS TALKS AS PART OF ITS INITIATIVE TO CONTINUALLY SERVE THE COMMUNITY DURING ITS TEMPORARY PUBLIC CLOSURE DUE TO THE COVID PANDEMIC. THE OUTDOOR AREAS OF DI ROSA WERE SAFELY REOPENED TO THE PUBLIC IN ACCORDANCE WITH STATE AND COUNTY HEALTH AND SAFETY GUIDELINES IN FALL 2021. THIS INCLUDED NEW AND EXPANDED ACCESS TO THE GROUNDS, ENABLING VISITORS TO WALK AND PICNIC FREELY, WHILE ENJOYING THE SEVENTY OUTDOOR DI ROSA COLLECTION SCULPTURES ON DISPLAY.
