WE ALSO ASSISTED 217 INDIVIDUALS IN TRAINING FOR PROFIT AND NON-PROFIT BUSINESSES ENGAGED IN SERVICES FOCUSED ON COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT, IMPROVING INTERNAL SYSTEMS AND MARKETING TO NEW CUSTOMERS/AUDIENCES.EVALUATIONS OF TRAININGS INDICATE 91% WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH SERVICES, 83% SATISFIED AND ONLY 2% INDICATED LOW SATISFACTION.
