PROVIDING RESIDENTIAL FACILITIES FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES. SERVICES INCLUDE ASSISTANCE AND SKILL BUILDING IN DAILY LIVING SKILLS, INDEPENDENCE, COMMUNICATION, AND SUPPORT WITH MONITORING AND MAINTAINING THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF THE INDIVIDUALS WE SUPPORT.
