BUTTE HOME HEALTH AND HOSPICE HAS A SPECIAL PURPOSE IN OUR COMMUNITY, DRIVEN BY A COMMITMENT TO HELP PEOPLE LIVE SAFELY IN THEIR HOMES WITH COMFORT, INDEPENDENCE, AND DIGNITY BY OFFERING THE HIGHEST STANDARDS OF CARE. WE BELIEVE OUR PATIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES DESERVE HEALTH CARE DELIVERED WITH COMPASSION, EXCELLENCE, AND RELIABILITY.

HOSPICE: THE AGENCY PROVIDES HOSPICE CARE IN 5 COUNTIES IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA. OVER 450 PATIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES WERE SERVED, REPRESENTING APPROXIMATELY 10,966 VISITS PROVIDED IN THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING 9/30/2023. THIS INCLUDES NURSING, HOME HEALTH AIDES, CHAPLAIN/SPIRITUAL CARE, MEDICAL SOCIAL SERVICES, PHYSICIANS, THERAPY, PHYSICAL THERAPY, SPEECH THERAPY, AND VOLUNTEERS. ADDITIONALLY, IN-PERSON SUPPORT GROUPS WERE ADDED TO OUR CHICO LOCATION, AS WELL AS AN ADDITIONAL GROUP LAUNCHED IN OROVILLE.
HOME HEALTH: THE AGENCY PROVIDES HOME HEALTHCARE IN 5 COUNTIES IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA. OVER1,300 PATIENTS WERE SERVED, REPRESENTING APPROXIMATELY 23,424 VISITS PROVIDED IN THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING 9/30/2023.
