SUPPORT FOR WHATCOM HOSPICE, A PROGRAM OF PEACEHEALTH ST. JOSEPH MEDICAL CENTER, TO ASSIST THE PUBLIC IN GAINING ACCESS TO APPROPRIATE HOSPICE CARE, SUPPORT HOSPICE EDUCATION, UNDER-REIMBURSED CARE, BEREAVEMENT, HOME RESPITE, THERAPIES AND COMFORT PROGRAMS. WHATCOM HOSPICE HOUSE SERVES 125 PATIENTS EVERY DAY. HOSPICE PROFESSIONALS WORK WITH BOTH PATIENTS AND THEIR LOVED ONES TO CREATE INDIVIDUALIZED PLANS OF CARE WHICH ENABLE PATIENTS AND THEIR LOVED ONES TO LIVE THE FINAL DAYS OF THEIR LIVES COMFORTABLY AND PAIN FREE, WITH DIGNITY, PURPOSE AND PEACE.
