CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTIONS-THE BENEFIT ASSOCIATION DONATES TO VARIOUS LOCAL YOUTH AND LAW ENFORCEMENT CHARITIES IN THE STOCKTON AREA. IN ADDITION, FOR CALIFORNIA POLICE OFFICERS WHO HAVE DIED IN THE LINE OF DUTY, THE ORGANIZATION ASSISTS WITH FINAL EXPENSES AND WILL MAKE MEMORIAL DONATIONS IN THEIR MEMORY AS APPROPRIATE.
EDUCATION ASSISTANCE-THE BENEFIT ASSOCIATION PROVIDES MONETARY ASSISTANCE TO STOCKTON POLICE OFFICERS CHILDREN WHO DISPLAY AN INTEREST IN ACHIEVING HIGHER EDUCTION. DURING THIS FISCAL YEAR, THE BENEFIT ASSOCIATION PROVIDED EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE TO 36 STUDENTS.
POLICE OFFICERS P.R.I.D.E. PROGRAM-THE ASSOCIATION PROVIDES NEEDED MATERIAL TO STUDENTS AND TEACHERS OF MCKINLEY SCHOOL IN STOCKTON. MCKINLEY SCOOL IS ONE OF THE POOREST SCHOOLS LOCATED IN ONE OF THE ROUGHEST NEIGHBORHOODS IN STOCKTON.
