THE PURPOSE OF THE KENWOOD FIREFIGHTERS ASSOCIATION IS TO BENEFIT THE KENWOOD COMMUNITY BY ASSISTING THE KENWOOD FIRE DISTRICT IN THEIR EFFORTS TO ACQUIRE FIREFIGHTING AND MEDICAL EQUIPMENT, PROMOTING FIRE SAFETY, FIRE PREVENTION AND AWARENESS. THE ASSOCIATION SHALL SUPPORT AND BE AN ADVOCATE FOR THE WELFARE OF ALL ITS' MEMBERS. IN ADDITION, THE ASSOCIATION SUPPORTS WORTHY CAUSES AND THE KENWOOD FIREFIGHTERS ASSOCIATION SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM.
