CALIFORNIA HEALTH LAW NEWS (CHLN) IS A QUARTERLY PUBLICATION OF THE CALIFORNIA SOCIETY FOR HEALTHCARE ATTORNEYS (CSHA). THE MISSION OF CHLN AND THE CSHA PUBLICATIONS COMMITTEE IS TO PUBLISH ARTICLES THAT ARE INTERESTING AND USEFUL TO HEALTH LAWYERS PRACTICING IN CALIFORNIA.
