HOSPICE GIVING FOUNDATION BELIEVES IN LIVING FULLY AND DYING PEACEFULLY. OUR COMMUNITY-BASED SUPPORT PROMOTES PERSONAL CHOICE, PREPAREDNESS, AND THE HIGHEST STANDARDS OF COMPASSIONATE, DIGNIFIED END-OF-LIFE CARE FOR INDIVIDUALS AND THEIR LOVED ONES.

HOSPICE GIVING FOUNDATION PROVIDES LEADERSHIP AND DIRECTION TO HELP ENSURE QUALITY, END-OF-LIFE CARE IS AVAILABLE TO ALL PEOPLE, ACCROSS MONTEREY AND SAN BENITO COUNTIES. THE FOUNDATION WORKS CLOSELY WITH FUNDED AGENCIES AND PARTNERS TO ESTABLISH A MORE INTEGRATED MODEL OF CARE WHICH BENEFITS INDIVIDUALS WITH SERIOUS ILLNESS, FAMILIES, CAREGIVERS AND HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS AND ORGANIZATIONS. DURING THE YEAR THE FOUNDATION HELD 21 WORKSHOPS WITH A TOTAL OF 252 ATTENDEES, 2 COMMUNITY OUTREACH EVENTS WITH A TOTAL OF 830 ATTENDEES AND FUNDED 10 AGENCIES SERVING 11,629 INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES.
