THROUGH EXTENSIVE MARKETING,SONOMA VALLEY VINTNERS ASSOCIATION PROMOTED AWARENESS OF THE SUPERIOR QUALITY OF SONOMA VALLEY GRAPES AND WINES AND AWARENESS IN THE COMMUNITY OF THE CENTRAL IMPORTANCE OF SONOMA VALLEY GRAPES AND WINES TO THE LOCAL ECONOMY AND TO THE QUALITY OF LIFE IN SONOMA VALLEY. IN ADDITION, THE ASSOCIATION PROMOTED A HEALTHY SOCIAL, ENVIRONMENTAL AND POLITICAL ENVIRONMENT BY SUPPORTING OPEN LINES OF COMMUNICATION AND INTERACTION BETWEEN THE WINE INDUSTRY AND THE SONOMA VALLEY COMMUNITY.
