CLFV IS A 180-UNIT APARTMENT COMPLEX FOR THE LOW INCOME ELDERLY AND DISABLED INDIVIDUALS WHICH PROVIDES RENTAL HOUSING, COMMUNITY FACILITIES, AND SERVICES DESIGNED TO MEET THE PHYSICAL, SOCIAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL NEEDS OF THE TENANTS AND CONTRIBUTE TO THEIR HEALTH, SECURITY, HAPPINESS, AND USEFULNESS IN LONGER AND HAPPIER LIVES.
