SERVICES ARE TARGETED TO DISADVANTAGED AND DISLOCATED ADULT WORKERS, OLDER WORKERS, NON-TRADITIONAL CAREER OPPORTUNITIES FOR WOMEN AND BOTH IN-SCHOOL AND OUT-OF-SCHOOL YOUTH.
