FOOD BANK PROGRAM - THE NAPA FOOD BANK PROVIDES BI-MONTHLY BROWN BAG SERVICES TO LOW-INCOME SENIORS AND USDA SURPLUS FOOD COMMODITIES AND DONATED FOOD TO LOW-INCOME INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES IN NAPA COUNTY. THE FOOD IS DISTRIBUTED THROUGH OTHER AGENCIES, MEAL PROGRAMS AND PANTRIES.
