DERA 2018 - A DIESEL EMISSION REDUCTION PROJECT BASED ON PORTLAND, OREGON - INSTALLING DIESEL PARTICULATE FILTER F(DPF)EXHAUSE RETROFITS IN SMALL WOMEN-OWNED CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FLEETS, LOCAL SHIPYARD OFF-ROAD EQUIPMENT FLEETS, AND ELECTRUFYING YARD TRUCKS AT DISTRIBUTION CENTERS. THE PROJECT IS FUNDED BY US ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY NATIONAL DIESEL EMISSION REDUCTION ACT (DERA).
