OUR FOOD PRODUCTION BUSINESS PROVIDES A SUSTAINABLE MODEL THAT SUPPORTS OUR FOOD TRAINING AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS.

WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT TRAINING (EMPLOYMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM): CREATE COMMON GOOD (CCG) EMPOWERS ADULTS WITH BARRIERS TO EMPLOYMENT THROUGH FOODSERVICE TRAINING AND JOB PLACEMENT ASSISTANCE. OUR TRAINEES LEARN ABOUT AND DEMONSTRATE MASTERY OF FOOD SAFETY, KITCHEN SAFETY AND SANITATION, KNIFE SKILLS, KITCHEN MATH, RECIPE/ORDER READING AND OTHER SKILLS CRITICAL IN FOOD SERVICE WORK. THEY LEAVE THE 120-HOUR PROGRAM WITH A GRADUATION CERTIFICATE, SERVSAFE FOODHANDLERS CERTIFICATE, RESUME AND LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION. OUR TRAINEES ALSO RECEIVE THREE MONTHS OF POST-GRADUATION EMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE.
