THE BOARDMAN COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION IS DEDICATED TO THE ENHANCEMENT OF BOARDMAN, FOCUSING ON HOUSING, COMMERCIAL AND RETAIL DEVELOPMENT, AND WORKFORCE TRAINING. THE ASSOCIATION COLLABORATES WITH OTHER ORGANIZATIONS, MUNICIPALITIES, BUSINESS LEADERS AND RESIDENTS TO SUPPORT PROGRESSIVE DEVELOPMENT IN THE COMMUNITY.

ENCOURAGE HOME OWNERSHIP IN BOARDMAN AREA. GRANTS OF $5,000 TO HELP PURCHASE PRIMARY RESIDENCE.


ENCOURAGE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT IN BOARDMAN BY PROVIDING GRANTS FOR BUSINESS START UP OR RETENTION.


COMMUNITY ENHANCEMENT INCLUDING, $29,648 FOR BOARDMAN REC CENTER OPERATIONS, $12,955 FOR YOUTH SPORTS PROGRAMS, $467,863 SAFE ROUTES TO SCHOOLS, $25,000 PRESCHOOL, $330,321 SCHOOL PROJECTS, $73,923 FOR BUSINESS COALITION AND $15,944 FOR OTHER COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENTS.
