WE ALSO FACILITATE MEANINGFUL WORK EXPERIENCES THAT INFORM STUDENTS' FUTURE CAREERS.

IN4ALL ELEMENTARY AND MIDDLE SCHOOL PROGRAMS:WE PREPARE AND SUPPORT VOLUNTEERS FROM OUR SPONSORING COMPANIES IN ENGAGING STUDENTS WHO ARE HISTORICALLY UNDERSERVED IN OUR PROGRAM ACTIVITIES AND CURRICULUM IMPACTING ELEMENTARY AND MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS IN CLASSROOMS ACROSS SEVEN SCHOOL DISTRICTS.WE ENGAGED 3,500 STUDENTS IN OUR HYBRID PROGRAMMING THIS SCHOOL YEAR.
HIGH SCHOOL AND BEYOND:IN4ALL WORKS WITH LOCAL BUSINESS AND NONPROFIT PARTNERS TO PROVIDE GREEN SECTOR INTERNSHIPS. ALL INTERNSHIPS ARE PAID OPPORTUNITIES THAT CREATE OPPORTUNITIES FOR PRACTICAL AND IMPACTFUL CAREER EXPLORATION. IN4ALL PROGRAMS EMPOWER STUDENTS TO MAKE MEANING OF CRITICAL CORE EDUCATION SUBJECTS, INCREASE THEIR SKILL SETS AND INFORM A FUTURE PATHWAY THAT IS MEANINGFUL TO THEM. THIS SCHOOL YEAR WE PILOTED PROGRAMS IN ALTERNATIVE HIGH SCHOOLS AIMED AT DEVELOPING DEEP CAREER CONNECTIONS. THIS INCLUDED CAREER TALKS AND DESIGN THINKING SPRINTS. WE LOOK FORWARD TO USING WHAT WE LEARNED TO FURTHER DEVELOP OUR HIGH SCHOOL PROGRAM.ACROSS PROGRAMS OUR PARTNERS ARE LINKING ARMS WITH US IN AN EFFORT TO OVERCOME ACCESS BARRIERS FOR STUDENTS.
