TO MAKE EDUCATION A PRIORITY IN THE REDLANDS UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT COMMUNITY.

Part 3 - Line 4a

AAA ACADEMY - TUITION-BASED ACADEMIC AND ENRICHMENT SUMMER DAY CAMP PROGRAM FOR ELEMENTARY STUDENTS. THE CURRICULUM INCLUDES HANDS ON EXPERIENCES IN NATURE, OLYMPICS, SPACE, WORLD CULTURES, AND MORE.IN ADDITION, A NO-COST ELEMENTARY AND MIDDLE SCHOOL AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM IS AVAILABLE THROUGH A GRANT FROM THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION. ELIGIBLE SCHOOLS ARE SERVICED BY REP THROUGH A PARTNERSHIP WITH THE YMCA OF THE EAST VALLEY.


GRANTS FOR TEACHERS - GRANTS TO REDLANDS UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT TEACHERS WERE AWARDED IN A NON-COMPETITIVE APPLICATION PROCESS. GRANTS OF $500 WERE AVAILABLE FOR THE 2022-2023 SCHOOL YEAR.


TAGS (TECHNOLOGY, ARTS, GARDENS, AND SCIENCE) - RUSD SCHOOLS ARE ALLOCATED FUNDS TO EXPOSE STUDENTS TO CULTURAL ARTS, SCIENCES, AND TECHNOLOGY. IN ADDITION, MONIES ARE AVAILABLE FOR THE CREATION AND/OR MAINTENANCE OF SCHOOL SITE GARDENS USED FOR THE EDUCATION AND ENRICHMENT OF STUDENTS.
