SALLE AURIOL FENCING CLUB (NORTHWEST FENCING CENTER) OPERATES AND MAINTAINS A FACILITY PROVIDING QUALITY FENCING INSTRUCTION, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES TO INTERESTED PERSONS. THE FACILITY AND INSTRUCTORS PROVIDE SERVICES TO MORE THAN 150 STUDENTS DURING ANY GIVEN YEAR AS WELL AS PROVIDING FREE SUPPORT TO LOCAL SCHOOLS RUNNING FENCING PROGRAMS OR CLUBS. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO HELPS FENCERS WITH LIMITED INCOME WITH A FINANCIAL AID PROGRAM AS WELL AS USING ADDITIONAL GRANT AND SCHOLARSHIP FUNDS TO HELP FENCERS TRAIN AND TRAVEL TO COMPETITIONS, AND OLYMPIC QUALIFIERS.
