THE WSCPA PROVIDES OVER 2,500 CONTINUING EDUCATION SEMINARS, CONFERENCES AND WEBCAST/WEBINARS THROUGHOUT THE STATE. SUPPORTING REQUIREMENTS FOR CPAS TO STAY CURRENT ON PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS AND TECHNICAL ISSUES RELATED TO THEIR AREAS OF PRACTICE. MANY OF THE COURSES PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES TO BUILD PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL NETWORKS.
THE WSCPA OVERSEES THE PEER REVIEW (QUALITY ASSURANCE) PROGRAM FOR OVER 420 WASHINGTON FIRMS TO ENHANCE AND ENSURE THE QUALITY OF ACCOUNTING, AUDITING AND ATTESTATION SERVICES PERFORMED BY THE WSCPA AND AICPA MEMBERS IN PUBLIC PRACTICE.
