DURING THE YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2022, SOCIETY FOR INHERITED METABOLIC DISORDERS ("THE ORGANIZATION") CONTINUED TO CONDUCT ITS METABOLIC COURSES FOR YOUNG TRAINEES IN THE FIELD OF INBORN ERRORS OF METABOLISM AND GENETICS. NAMA 1.0, NAMA 2.0 AND A VIRTUAL NAMA WERE HELD DURING THE FISCAL YEAR.
THE ORGANIZATION ALSO CONTINUED ITS MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM AND PUBLICATION OF A MEDICAL JOURNAL.
THE ORGANIZATION ALSO HELD ITS ANNUAL MEDICAL CONFERENCE.
ALSO DURING THE YEAR, THE ORGANIZATION CONTINUED TO PROVIDE IEMBASE, AN EXTENSIVE SYSTEM PROVIDING BOTH AN ONLINE KNOWLEDGEBASE AND A SMART SYSTEM (ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE) FOR CURATION AND DIAGNOSIS SUPPORT FOR INBORN ERRORS OF METABOLISM.
