THE AMERICAN ACADEMY OF OPHTHALMOLOGY, WITH A GLOBAL COMMUNITY OF 32,000, IS THE LARGEST TRADE ORGANIZATION IN THE WORLD FOR OPHTHALMOLOGISTS. WE ARE EYE PHYSICIANS AND SURGEONS, DEDICATED TO PROTECTING SIGHT AND EMPOWERING LIVES. AS THE LEADER IN OPHTHALMIC EDUCATION, THE ACADEMY OFFERS A WEALTH OF MATERIALS TO SUPPORT OUR PHYSICIANS IN EVERY ASPECT OF PRACTICE - INCLUDING THE ONLINE OPHTHALMIC NEWS AND EDUCATION (ONE) NETWORK, PRACTICE MANAGEMENT TOOLS, THE INNOVATIVE IRIS REGISTRY (INTELLIGENT RESEARCH IN SIGHT), AND EYE HEALTH RESOURCES FOR PATIENTS AND THE PUBLIC.
