ITS SERVICES ARE USED BY MEMBER BUSINESSES, WORKING IN CONJUNCTION WITH LOCAL GOVERNMENTS, TO PROVIDE SOLID WASTE AND RECYCLING SERVICES TO THE CITIZENS OF CLACKAMAS COUNTY AND THE CITIES WITHIN THE COUNTY.
