THE ACTIVITY OF THE RML CHARITABLE FOUNDATION (THE FOUNDATION) WILL BE TO SUPPORT ARTISTIC AND MUSICAL APPRECIATION AND EDUCATION WITH THE DONATED COLLECTION OF ORIGINAL OIL PAINTINGS OR OTHER VISUAL ARTS BY WORLD RENOWNED PAINTER AND MUSICIAN, RONNIE WOOD AND OTHER ARTISTS, BOOKS ABOUT THE ART OF RONNIE WOOD, AND MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS RELATED TO RONNIE WOOD AND THE ART OF RONNIE WOOD (HEREINAFTER COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS THE COLLECTION).THE COLLECTION WAS DONATED TO THE FOUNDATION TO ALLOW THE FOUNDATION TO CARRY OUT THE ABOVE-MENTIONED CHARITABLE PURPOSES.
