PRESENTATIONS ARE TYPICALLY MADE BY MERIT DISTRICTS AND COUNTY OFFICES, LAW FIRMS AND OTHER PRACTITIONERS KNOWLEDGEABLEABOUT THE MERIT SYSTEM IN CALIFORNIA.
