TO INCREASE AND IMPROVE THE AVAILABLE LOCALLY-BASED BEHAVIORAL HEALTH OPTIONS FOR RESIDENTS OF PETERSBURG, THE REMAINDER OF MITKOF ISLAND AND THE CITY OF KUPREANOF. TO EFFECTIVELY ADDRESS THE MENTAL HEALTH AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE NEEDS OF EACH CONSUMER REGARDLESS OF RACE, COLOR, RELIGION, CREED, NATIONAL ORIGIN, AGE, GENDER, SEXUAL PREFERENCE, AND MENTAL OR PHYSICAL HANDICAP. TO MAINTAIN A PRIMARY FOCUS ON THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF OUR CLIENTS "IN THIS SMALL TOWN ENVIRONMENT".
