CASCADE COMMUNITY HEALTHCARE OPERATES IN AND OUT-PATIENT CENTERS IN CENTRALIA, CHEHALIS, AND MORTON WASHINGTON. THESE FACILITIES PROVIDE MENTAL HEALTH AND MEDICAL OUT-PATIENT SERVICES IN THE FORM OF EMERGENCY/CRISIS, THERAPY, CHILD AND ADOLESCENT PROGRAMS AS WELL AS PROVIDING IN-PATIENT SERVICES SUPPORTED WITH 16 BEDS DESIGNATED TO HELP WITH STABILIZING INDIVIDUALS EXPERIENCING ACUTE MENTAL HEALTH ILLNESS AND 6 BEDS DESIGNATED TO SUPPORT SUCCESSFUL TRANSITIONS BACK INTO THE COMMUNITY.
