IN THE YEAR OF 2021, WORLD CARP INC. HELD 4 MAJOR LEADERSHIP TRAINING CONFERENCES, 36 WEEKLY TEAM BUILDING GROUP SEMINARS, AND 5 VOLUNTEER SERVICE PROJECTS WERE PERFORMED THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. 2021 NEW YEAR/WINTER LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE WITH THE CELEBRATION OF 20TH ANNIVERSARY OF WORLD CARP INC. WAS HELD FROM DECEMBER 29, 2020, TO JANUARY 4, 2021, AT NORFOLK, VIRGINIA. DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC MOST OF PARTICIPANTS AND VOLUNTEERS WENT HOME, ONLY 17 REMAINING VOLUNTEERS INCLUDING HQ STAFFS AND INSTRUCTORS ATTENDED THIS EVENT. ON JANUARY 2, TONG IL MOO DO MARTIAL ARTS MASTER, MR. WERLO PARTOSA, WAS INVITED TO LEAD PROGRAM WITH THE THEME OF "ADVANCING BRAVELY FORWARD WITH DISCIPLINE", PARTICIPANTS LEARNED DIFFERENT FORMS OF SELF-DEFENSE. THE PARTICIPANTS NAMELY FLORENCE KOTABI FROM THE SOLOMON ISLANDS, WENDILYN MAGBANUA FROM THE PHILIPPINES AND BAYAR BATSETSEG FROM MONGOLIA GAVE A SHORT PRESENTATION CENTERING ON THE TOPIC OF "THE IMPORTANCE OF TRAINING PROGRAM AND ITS EFFECTS". THE WINTER LEADERSHIP WORKSHOP WAS CONCLUDED WITH INTERNATIONAL CULTURAL SHOW. VOLUNTEER SERVICE PROJECT WAS PERFORMED JANUARY 23, 2021, MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR. VOLUNTEER SERVICE DAY: THE TREE PLANTING WAS ORGANIZED BY TAR RIVER LAND CONSERVANCY IN NORTH CAROLINA WITH THE THEME OF "RESTORING THE CREATION", TOTAL OF 10 ILTP VOLUNTEERS SERVED WITH THE REST OF THE LOCAL COMMUNITY VOLUNTEERS. THE VOLUNTEERS PLANTED 460 TREE SEEDLINGS INCLUDING OAKS, HOLLY, PERSIMMON, DOGWOOD AND MORE. THIS HELPS IMPROVE WILDLIFE HABITAT AND WATER QUALITY ALONG DICKENS CREEK IN THE GRANVILLE COUNTY. DURING WEEKEND ILTP PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS CONDUCTED SPECIAL SURVEY "PEACE START WITH ME" TO PROMOTE AND GLOBAL PEACE COMMUNITY. SPRING LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE OF YEAR 2021 WAS HELD IN HILTON HEAD ISLAND, SC FROM APRIL 11 TO APRIL 15, 2021, TOTAL OF 15 PARTICIPANTS GATHERED IN THIS EVENT. THE ILTP COORDINATOR AND ADMINISTRATOR JEAN VILLAR PRESENT A LECTURE WITH THE TITLE OF "FOR THOSE WHO BELIEVED IN GOD", ENCOURAGING PARTICIPANTS TO FOCUS ON SPIRITUAL LIFE AND HOW TO LIVE ON IT. IN THE MORNING, LEADING PARTICIPANTS NAMELY WENDILYN AND FLORENCE IS SHARING THEIR INSIGHTS REGARDING THE PROGRAM FOLLOWED BY PARTICIPANTS TESTIMONY IN THE NIGHT. MASTER WERLO PARTOSA ALSO GUIDED THE PARTICIPANTS FOR A MARTIAL ARTS TRAINING AND EXERCISES CALLED TONG IL MOO DO. DURING THE SPRING LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE, ONE SERVICE PROJECT WAS HELD ON APRIL 13, 2021. TOTAL OF 22 VOLUNTEERS INCLUDING ILTP PARTICIPANTS, STAFFS, AND COORDINATOR WORKED TOGETHER TO BUILD A HOUSE FOR LOW-INCOME FAMILY ORGANIZED BY THE HABITAT FOR HUMANITY IN HILTON HEAD ISLAND, SC. THE PARTICIPANTS ALSO DID AN OUTDOOR ACTIVITY WHERE THEY CAN ENJOY THE BEAUTY OF NORTH ATLANTIC OCEAN, SUCH WALKING ON THE SEASHORE AND FUN GAMES. SUMMER LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE WAS HELD IN REXBURG, ID ON JULY 18 TO 21, 2021. TOTAL OF 18 VOLUNTEERS INCLUDING STAFFS ATTENDED ON THE EVENT. THE PROGRAM STARTED WITH LECTURE PRESENTED BY JEAN VILLAR, ILTP COORDINATOR AND ADMINISTRATOR. ENTITLE THE "ROAD TO A SUCCESSFUL MISSION". SHE GUIDED THE PARTICIPANTS ON WHAT IS THE RIGHT ATTITUDE TO BE VICTORIOUS SPECIFICALLY ON THE TRAINING PROGRAM, THE IMPORTANCE OF GOAL SETTING AND FOLLOWING ON A VERTICAL ALIGNMENT. A DIVINE PRINCIPLE LECTURE CONTEST HAS BEEN CONDUCTED ON THE SAID EVENT, JOINED BY 5 PARTICIPANTS NAMELY JOYCE PUBLICO, EVELYN CHAVURAUNA, SHANIELLA PETRA, CARLOS HERNANDEZ AND JOY DELOS SANTOS COMPETED TO PRESENT ONE TOPIC USING A POWER POINT PRESENTATION. THE PARTICIPANTS ALSO ENGAGED ON A MARTIAL ARTS TRAINING CALLED TONG IL MOO DO, WAS LEADED BY MASTER WERLO PARTOSA. THE PARTICIPANTS ALSO VISITED THE YELLOWSTONE NATIONAL PARK, GRAND TETON NATIONAL PARK, AND GRAND TARGHEE NATIONAL PARK AS PART OF THE RECREATIONAL ACTIVITY. ON SEPTEMBER 03, 2021, 15 ILTP PARTICIPANTS JOINED IN A SERVICE PROJECT ORGANIZED BY HIGHLINE BOTANICAL GARDEN SEA TAC IN WASHINGTON STATE. THEY PLANTED NEW FLOWERS, TREES, THEY?VE MAINTAINED AND ALSO BEAUTIFY THE PLACE. ON OCTOBER 23, 2021, ILTP PARTICIPANTS JOINED SHINE CITY PROJECT WASH GREEN-UP IN LAS. THE VOLUNTEERS HELPED TO REVEGETATE AN AREA ALONG THE LAS VEGAS WASH BY PLANTING NATIVE TREES, GRASSES, AND SHRUBS. OVERALL, THE GREEN-UP EVENT ATTRACTED CLOSE TO 400 VOLUNTEERS WHO HELPED TO PUT IN OVER 4,000 NATIVE PLANTS ACROSS 10 ACRES IN 2 HOURS. FALL WORKSHOP WAS HELD IN WASHINGTON, UT FROM OCTOBER 24 TO 28, 2021. TOTAL OF 13 VOLUNTEERS INCLUDING ILTP DIRECTOR, MR. HYUNG KI KIM IS PRESENT ON THE EVENT. FOUR PARTICIPANTS WERE CHOSEN TO GIVE A PRESENTATION CENTERING ON ILTP CORE VALUES. FIRSTLY, WENDILYN MAGBANUA PRESENTED THE TOPIC OF IDENTITY, JOY DELOS SANTOS TALKS ABOUT LEADERSHIP, JOYCE PUBLICO FOCUSES ON THE TOPIC OF TEAMWORK, AND FINALLY FLORENCE KOTABI SHARED ABOUT PROFESSIONALISM. THESE ILTP CORE VALUES IS NECESSARY FOR SUCCESSFUL TRAINING PROGRAM. THE ILTP COORDINATOR AND ADMINISTRATOR JEAN VILLAR GAVE AN ONLINE PRESENTATION VIA ZOOM WITH THE TITLE OF "THE ROAD TO MY SUCCESSFUL MISSION" SHE TALKS ABOUT THE POINTS TO REMEMBER TO ACHIEVE SUCCESS SPECIFICALLY ON THE TRAINING PROGRAM. FOR THE EDUCATIONAL TOUR, THE PARTICIPANTS VISITED BRYCE CANYON NATIONAL PARK AND ZION NATIONAL PARK. IN THE CELEBRATION OF THANKSGIVING DAY ON NOVEMBER 20, 2021, 10 ILTP PARTICIPANTS JOINED A SERVICE PROJECT ORGANIZED BY THE HABITAT OF HUMANITY IN AMARILLO, TX WHERE THEY BUILT HOUSES FOR LOW-INCOME FAMILIES. ON DECEMBER 30, 2021 TO JANUARY 5, 2022, THE WINTER AND NEW YEAR VISION SEMINAR WAS PERFORMED IN GALVESTON, TX. TOGETHER WITH THE ILTP DIRECTOR HYUNG KI KIM THERE ARE 13 VOLUNTEERS WHO JOINED TOGETHER. THE KEY LEADERS MARJUN GONZALES, ALAN SUMINGUIT AND PONGSAK SUDJAI GAVE A YEARLY REPORT ABOUT THEIR TEAM FOLLOWED BY PARTICIPANTS REFLECTION AND NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTION. ON DECEMBER 31, 2021, THE PARTICIPANTS DID A "CANDLE OF PEACE" CEREMONY TO CONCLUDE THE YEAR FOLLOWED BY A NEW YEAR'S CELEBRATION WITH FUN GAMES AND ACTIVITIES ON JANUARY 1, 2022. THE PARTICIPANTS ALSO VISITED GALVESTON STATE PARK AS PART OF THE OUTDOOR RECREATION AND SEE THE BEAUTIFUL OCEANSIDE OF GALVESTON. ON JANUARY 3, 2022, THE 13 VOLUNTEERS INCLUDING MR. HYUNG KI KIM, ILTP DIRECTOR PARTICIPATED IN A SERVICE PROJECT ORGANIZED BY HOUSTON FOOD BANK IN HOUSTON TX. THE VOLUNTEERS SORTED OUT THINGS IN 6 CATEGORIES SUCH AS DRY FOODS, CANNED GOODS, SNACKS, CONDIMENTS, AND DRINKS. THE FOOD WILL BE GIVEN OUT TO 11,000 FAMILIES AROUND HOUSTON.
