THE PLAN PROVIDES REIMBURSEMENT OF HEALTH INSURANCE PREMIUMS AND REIMBURSEMENT FOR MISCELLANEOUS MEDICAL EXPENSES DURING RETIREMENT FOR APPROXIMATELY 14,700 ELIGIBLE MEMBERS AND THEIR DEPENDENTS.

The goal of this organization are the nongovernmental, nonprofit organizations with funds (usually from a single source, such as an individual, family or corporation) and programs managed by its own trustees or directors, established to maintain or aid social, educational, religious or other charitable activities serving the common welfare, primarily through grantmaking.

THE PLAN PROVIDES DEATH, ACCIDENTAL DEATH AND DISMEMBERMENT, DISABILITY INCOME, HOSPITAL, SURGICAL, MEDICAL, DENTAL, OPTICAL AND PRESCRIPTION DRUG BENEFITS FOR APPROXIMATELY 1,260 ELIGIBLE ACTIVE AND RETIRED MEMBERS AND THEIR DEPENDENTS. THE PLAN ALSO PROVIDES SUPPLEMENTAL BENEFITS TO ELIBIGLE RETIREES FOR WHOM MEDICARE IS THE PRIMARY CARRIER.
